Shalloway & Shalloway is pleased to announce their latest blog post on requirements for Medicaid eligibility in the state of Florida. The governmental support program is only distributed to those who need it, but those who can qualify for the financial assistance regularly changes. As it currently stands, there are a few baseline requirements one must meet to be eligible: the applicant must be a Florida resident, need health care/insurance assistance, have income below a certain threshold, be 65 years old, be pregnant/have a minor under 18, have a disability, or have a family member living in the household who has a disability. Though the requirements are prone to change, but this blog post is a great resource for those who want to learn more.

Shalloway & Shalloway Announces Free Virtual Elder Law Seminar
