Shalloway & Shalloway is pleased to announce the latest dates in their free, virtual seminar series. Each month, firm president Mark Shalloway educates his audience over Zoom about the variety of topics that encompass elder law. Unlike other areas of practice, elder law is built around the community of people it serves. As a result, these attorneys have their hands in a number of areas of practice, including estate planning, Medicaid planning, veterans benefits, and more. It is not an area of practice the average person can easily navigate on their own. In attending this seminar, clients can grant themselves a better understanding of these topics, allowing them to make decisions that best fit their lives or themselves.

The upcoming dates for the seminar are as followed: Tuesday, June 7th from 2pm to 4pm, Wednesday, June 8th from 10am to 12pm, and Thursday, June 9th from 2pm to 4pm. Though the seminar is entirely free, attendees are encouraged to reserve their spots. This can be done by calling (561) 686-6200 during normal office hours, or by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page. First-time attendees are entitled to one free virtual estate planning session. Attendees shouldn’t miss out on this valuable opportunity.

For more than 30 years, Shalloway & Shalloway has been the premiere location for South Florida elder law. As one of the charter members of elder law attorneys in the country, Mark Shalloway encourages his team to treat clients with attention to detail and care, which can be hard to find. For those who require an estate lawyer or veterans benefit specialist, this is especially valuable.
