Shalloway & Shalloway is pleased to announce the latest dates in their seminar series. Firm president Mark Shalloway believes that the best way a client can prepare themselves for the uncertain future is to educate themselves ahead of time. The firm website offers a myriad of resources– with newsletters, blog posts, and site pages– but one the best ways to gain that education is by joining Shalloway’s free, virtual elder law seminars. During this seminar program, audience members can learn about a wide variety of topics that encompass elder law, including Medicaid planning, asset protection, protecting one’s family from impoverishment, and more.

The next dates in the seminar series are as followed: Tuesday, November 9th from 2PM to 4PM, Wednesday, November 10th from 10AM  to 12PM, and Friday, November 12th from 10AM to 12PM. Audience members are encouraged to reserve their spots ahead of time to get the most out of the seminar. This can be done by calling  561-686-6200 during normal office hours, emailing [email protected], or filling out this registration form. Those who attend are entitled to a free, private virtual estate planning strategy session by phone or video call.

We just completed our estate planning package (wills, trust, DPOAs, etc.) and were very pleased with the experience,” one satisfied client says. “Our attorneys were Mark Shalloway and Jeremy Soffler, and we enjoyed working with both of them. They were generous with their time, advice, and experience, and they and the rest of the staff were very helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We would gladly recommend them.”
