Roberto de Guevara of Respiras Announces Publication of FAQ for Performance Breathing

Roberto de Guevara and Respiras are pleased to announce the publication of a new list of frequently-asked questions (FAQ) related to its performance breathing techniques. At once a philosophy of health and a practical series of techniques that teach people to breathe more efficiently, cleanly, and with more optimal intake of oxygen, Respiras was developed by Roberto de Guevara.
